Hry se budou v americkém Lake Placid konat od 12. do 22. ledna 2023. Soutěžit bude ve 12 sportech (lední hokej, rychlobruslení, short track, skoky na lyžích, snowboarding, freestyle a freeski, krasobruslení, curling, severská kombinace, běžecké lyžování, biatlon, alpské lyžování) v 86 medailových disciplínách celkem 2500 sportovců a trenérů z 600 univerzit z více než 50 zemí z celého světa.
