4th World InterUniversities Championships – Barcelona 2018
14th/18th November 2018
World InterUniversities Championships is a multi-sport university Championships, for University Teams and the purposes are to celebrating university sport, promoting the principles of fair play, diversity and inclusion.
In the 2017’s edition, 2.400 students of 70 universities joined the event, coming from 30 Countries of all over Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
NEWS:
- Last 2 places available in Football 11 Championships!

- Rector’s Tennis Trophy: Friday 16 November – Vall D’Hebron Sport Center. Reserved to the University Rector, Dean, Director of Sport, Coach and Head of Delegation of the Universities participants!Come in Barcelona and win together with all your University team members!!!Rules: Super Tie-Break; 10 points, with 2 points advantage(in case of 9-9 will go to 11. In case of 10-10 will go to 12, etc…)
- Sport centers: come and play in the Barcelona ’92 Olympic Sport Centers!

REGISTRATION FEE TO WIUC 2018:
89,00 euro per person that includes:
Championships inscription (fields, referee, officials)
Awarding Ceremony (trophies, cups and medals)
Contribution: 11.000 euro (for the Universities Champion)
Official Bag and T-Shirt of 4th WIUC
Gadgets
Lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday at the sport center
Drinks, snacks and fruits during the Championships

ACCOMODATION
The Official Travel Agency for the 4th World InterUniversities Championships 2018 is BCN PRO Sports Travel, that will take care of the accomodation in Barcelona for all the participants.
Accomodation provided is in Hostel or in Hotel 3*/4*, all breakfast included and they have been chosen for their excellent location in Barcelona, as well as being well connected by metro to the sport centers.
Starting prices for hostels: 12,90 euro per person per night, included breakfast
Starting prices for hotels 3*/4*: 34,00 euro per person per night, included breakfast
Remember also to reserve your places in advance: Barcelona is a really requested city!
